1. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Europe, the United States, and Australia. Orders to other destinations may incur additional fees, shown at checkout.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days (shipping fees may apply)
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Shipping Address Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information. Contact us immediately at info@lulurosalie.com if you need to update your address — changes can only be made before dispatch.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us at info@lulurosalie.com within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
8. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and items immediately and contact us at info@lulurosalie.com within 48 hours.
9. Governing Law This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to shipping shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
