Refund & Return Policy

At Lulu Rosalie, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the handcrafted and luxury nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at info@lulurosalie.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping method. Lulu Rosalie is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Refunds Refunds are issued as store credit only, unless the item is confirmed defective upon our inspection. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: Final Sale items, discounted or promotional items, gift cards, and any item showing signs of use or alteration.

8. Governing Law This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
